Endecon, Incorporated, was hired to perform a Needs Assessment for this 42 year old school building with several additions.

Incorporated in the study and report were:
· Lighting and lighting upgrade.
· Code compliance for HVAC, ADA, fire protection, security, electrical,Etc.
· Power Distribution.
· Computerization.
· Comprehensive review of the existing HVAC system with an eye for energy conservation and system replacement (30 years old).

STATUS: Study completed in June 1996.
COST: $80 Thousand.

Description:

Description:
Endecon, Incorporated was commissioned by Red Clay Consolidated School District to provide engineering services for the renovation and expansion of this elementary school. The project included renovation of the existing 60,000 sq. ft. building and expansion of the facility by adding six (6) classrooms, bathrooms, and locker rooms. Also included was mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection upgrade of the kitchen, and incorporation of energy construction program for the existing and expanded facility.

STATUS: Completed 1995
COST: $2.7 Million.

Additional engineering design services to make the facility compatible with the Pennsylvania Energy Code for Schools and their facilities. Services included Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Lighting, Energy Conservation, Fire Protection and Construction Review.

STATUS: Completed 1994.
COST: $5 Million.
