Endecon, Incorporated, was retained by the Glenarden Housing Authority to provide Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineering and design services for the phased rehabilitation of this 200 unit, low rise housing complex.

STATUS: Completed in July 1994.

Description:
Endecon, Incorporated, was retained by the Neighborhood House, Inc., to provide as the Prime Design Consultant for the planning, construction documents preparation and construction administration for this 28 single family unit housing project.

STATUS: Completed in January 1990.
COST: $2.8 MM

Description:
Endecon, Incorporated, provided Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineering and design services for the new construction of 260 unit apartments for the William Penn Village Homes for Chester Housing Authority.

Included in the services were:

Description:
Endecon, Incorporated, as a part of a design and rehabilitation team, provided a feasibility study and engineering design – mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection for the comprehensive and overall upgrade of this 51 apartment housing setting for the elderly. Design incorporated all local codes, HUD guidelines, ADA and 504 requirements.

Description:
Endecon, Incorporated, was commissioned by Wilmington Housing Authority to provide Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection Engineering and design services for the complete renovation and rehabilitation of this 120 unit, 10 story, residential apartment high rise.

The services included:

STATUS: Completed in March 1997.

Description:
Endecon, Incorporated, was retained by the Trenton Housing Authority to provide Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineering and design services for 600 units (2 – 10 story buildings) for the Trenton Housing Authority (HUD). Work included design of housing units needing lead paint abatement, upgrades to mechanical and electrical systems, and provisions for handicapped accessibility to meet HUD requirements. Outlying buildings (several small houses, maintenance and recreational facilities) were also evaluated for potential conversion to facility/resident use. This facility was renovated while occupied with residents.

STATUS: Completed in fall 1995.
COST: $5 MM

Description:
Endecon, Incorporated, was commissioned by Chester Housing Authority to provide engineering assistance on the construction renovation for 280 residential units.

Description:
Endecon, Incorporated was commissioned by Frances, Cauffman, Foley, Hoffman, Architects Ltd., to provide Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineering services for the renovation of 10 existing buildings and the construction of 10 new apartment buildings. The services provided by Endecon, Inc., included the following:

Description:
Endecon, Incorporated was commissioned by Frances, Cauffman, Foley, Hoffman, Architects Ltd., to provide Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineering services for the complete renovation of this five (5) floor office building which was converted to twenty (20) apartments, four apartments per floor. Specifically, Endecon’s work included:

Description:
Endecon, Incorporated, was retained by the architectural firm of Francis, Cauffman, Foley, Hoffmann, Architects, Ltd., to provide Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineering services for the construction of this new 60 unit mixed occupancy campus with 1 and 2 bedroom units, two levels, with common laundry room, and community center. Included is design for site lighting and landscape lighting.

STATUS: Design completed in June 2003. Construction started August 1, 2003.
COST: $12 MM

Description:
Endecon, Incorporated, was retained by Chester Housing Authority to provide full Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineering and design services for the construction of this new 360 units mixed occupancy (1,2,3,4 & 5 bedroom) low rise residential development with community center. Included was site security lighting and landscape lighting.

STATUS: Completed in June 2002.
COST: $17.5 MM

Description:
Endecon, Incorporated, was retained by the architectural firm of Francis, Cauffman, Foley, Hoffmann, Architects, Ltd., to provide Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineering services for the system upgrade and renovation for this 30 unit existing 3 level residential facility. Incorporated in this project was the preparation of ADA designed fixtures for some units.

STATUS: Design completed in June 2002. Construction scheduled to start in Spring 2003.
COST: $670 M

Description:
Endecon, Incorporated, was commissioned by the Wilmington Renaissance Corporation and Streuver Brothers Eccles & Rouse (SBER) of Baltimore, Maryland to provide Mechanical, Electrical , Plumbing & Fire Protection Engineering services for the renovation of this 120 unit residential, 20 shops (1st floor) redevelopment project. Endecon, Inc., prepared MEP & FP design document that were approved by the Federal, State and City of Wilmington historic commissions. Construction is in progress.

STATUS: Construction is expected to be completed by September 2003.
