Endecon, Incorporated, was commissioned by Cornerstone Fellowship Baptist Church to provide Engineering and Architectural services for the renovation of the new sanctuary and facilities located at 20 West Lea Boulevard, Wilmington, Delaware. Specifically, the work included:

· Interior Renovation
· Electrical Power Distribution
· HVAC
· Plumbing and Sanitary
· Fire Protection System
· Lighting System
· Security System
· Audio Visual Systems

Estimated Cost: $1.5 MM
Status: Construction is in progress. The work is schedule to be completed by June 2004.

Description:
Endecon, Incorporated, was commissioned by Cathedral of Fresh Fire to provide Engineering and Architectural services for the renovation of their current sanctuary and workshop facilities. The building was originally a truck maintenance faculty. Endecon, Inc., provided all Architectural and Engineering Services. Specifically the work included:

· Plumbing and Sanitary
· Fire Protection System
· Lighting System
· Security System

Cost: $1.2 MM
Status: Construction was completed 1995.

Description:
Endecon, Incorporated, was commissioned by Eight Street Baptist Church to provide Engineering Services for the New Church Sanctuary and renovation of the existing building and facilities. Specifically, the work included:

· Electrical Power Distribution
· HVAC-Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning
· Plumbing and Sanitary
· Fire Protection System
· Lighting System
· Security System
· Audio Visual Systems

Estimated Cost: $2.4 MM
Status: Construction for the new sanctuary was completed 1996. The operation of the facility has been very successful.

Description:
Endecon, Incorporated, was commissioned by Bethel AME Church to provide Engineering and Architectural services for the renovation of the current sanctuary and addition of the Elevator and Elevator Tower. Specifically, the work included:

· Architectural Space Planning and Renovation
· Interior Renovation, including ADA Requirements.
· Electrical power Distribution
· HVAC
· Plumbing and Sanitary
· Fire Protection System
· Lighting System
· Security System
· Audio Visual Systems

Estimated Cost: $1.0 MM
Status: Construction was completed in 1992. The operation of the facility has been very successful. Endecon, Inc. is currently working with Bethel AME Church on programming for a new administrative office building and expansion of the sanctuary.

Description:
Endecon, Incorporated, was commissioned by Sharon Temple SDA Church to provide Engineering and Architectural services for the renovation of the existing church building. Included are proposed renovation of the Sanctuary, Fellowship Hall, School Building, and facilities. Specifically, the work included:

· Interior Renovation, ADA requirement, Baptismal pool

· HVAC-Heating, Air Conditioning and Ventilation

Status: Space planning and conceptual design documents under review. Design is schedule to be completed July 2004.

Description:
Endecon, Incorporated, was commissioned by Mt. Zion Holy Christian Church, to provide Engineering and Architectural services for space planning, design and construction administration services for the church’s new sanctuary. Endecon, Inc.’s work includes:

Status: The project is in the space and land planning phase. Upon resolution of the issues related to land space, the design team will take approximately 9 months to complete construction documents.

Description:
Endecon, Incorporated, was commissioned by Episcopal Church of Saint Andrew and Matthew to provide Engineering and Architectural services for the renovation of the current sanctuary and facilities. This includes the careful design to be compatible with the Historical Designation of the Church and Facilities. In addition, all work was done so that it did not interfere with the operation of the daily operation of the church administration, and sanctuary. Specifically, the work included:

Cost: $.700 M Status: Construction was started in Summer 2000 and was completed Fall 2001. The building is fully occupied.

Description:
Endecon, Incorporated, was commissioned by Simpson United Methodist Church to provide architectural and engineering services for the renovation of the existing sanctuary and new construction to expand the Fellowship Hall to seat 500 persons. In addition, our design includes new restroom, new and expanded kitchen, four new classrooms, new offices for the pastor, choirs, trustee and storage. Construction documents were completed in May 2003. Construction is scheduled to begin November/December, 2003, with completion in Fall 2004.
